Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, 2 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 tsp. wet mustard (french's) and 1 tsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Leave cheese out to soften.
Dice chipped beef and mix with parsley flakes, then divide in half.
Add rest of ingredients to 1/2 of the beef mixture.
Mix well and form into a ball. Refrigerate to make manageable.
Then roll ball into other half of beef mixture.
Refrigerate.
If you want to make a spread, just add all ingredients together.
