Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. american cheese, 1/2 lb. pimento cheese (usually in slices), 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature), 1 1/2 c. very finely ground pecans and 2 buttons garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grate cheese.
The pimento slices can be pressed through the grater.
Press garlic buttons in garlic press and combine all ingredients and mix well.
Form into ball and may be rolled in paprika or finely chopped pecans.
