Made with 1/2 lb. sharp kraft cheddar cheese, 1/2 lb. mild kraft cheddar cheese, 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, creamed with mixer, 1/2 tsp. tabasco and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grate sharp and mild Cheddar cheeses; set at room temperature until soft.
To cream cheese, add the Tabasco, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix.
Combine mild and sharp cheeses with cream cheese mixture; mix well.

Crush pecans and parsley flakes; roll cheese balls in this mixture until coated.
