Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese (room temperature), 1/4 large onion, finely chopped, chopped parsley to taste and chopped pecans (enough to cover ball), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese using fork.
Add pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, chopped onions and parsley.
Mix well.
Shape into ball or small log.
Roll in finely chopped pecans and sprinkle generously with paprika.
Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator a day before using.
Serve on crackers. Freezes well.
