Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 2 c. chopped pecans and 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soften cream cheese.
Carefully stir in drained pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt.
Chill well.
Form into a ball and roll in remaining cup of pecans.
Wrap in aluminum foil and let set overnight.
(This is so that the onion and bell pepper taste will not be too strong.)
