Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain), 2 c. crushed pecans, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper and 2 tbsp. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften cream cheese; stir in pineapple, 1 cup of the chopped pecans, bell pepper, onion and salt.
Chill well.
Form into ball or stick and roll in 1 cup pecans.
Chill until serving.
