Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 lb. bacon, 1/2 c. chopped green onion, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and chopped nuts or parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry bacon and crumble.
In a large mixing bowl, combine Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onion and bacon.
Squish it all together with hands until everything is evenly mixed.
Form into balls, whatever size you prefer.
