Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 1 tsp. chopped onion (i use a little more) and 1 tbsp. lawry's seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream together the cheese, about 3/4 of the pineapple, pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
Add about 3/4 of the pecans.
Form into a ball (it will be soft).
Chill until firm and then roll in the remaining pecans.
Serve with Triscuits or other small crackers.
