Cheese Ball
Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. mild cheddar cheese, 12 oz. swiss cheese, 16 oz. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 1 medium onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Allow cheeses room temperature and grate. Mix all ingredients with mixer.
Form into balls (I make 3 balls) in chopped pecans.
Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil.
Keep refrigerated.
Take out fridge 1 hour before serving and allow to soften.
