Cheese And Spinach Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 slices swiss cheese (each 7 x 4-inch), 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell, 1/2 c. cooked, chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. pkg.), 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms and 1 (5 oz.) can ham, chicken or turkey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place Swiss cheese on bottom of pie shell.
Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and meat. Mix next 4 ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
