Cheese And Sausage Munchies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and crumbled, 1 lb. (4 c.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, 6 eggs, slightly beaten and 1/2 tbsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook sausage and drain thoroughly.
Sprinkle sausage in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover sausage with grated cheese. Mix together the eggs, chili peppers and chili powder.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
