Cheese And Garlic Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose buttermilk baking mix (recipe tested with bisquick), 2/3 c. milk, 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. unsalted butter or margarine, melted and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder (not garlic salt), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In a medium sized electric mixer bowl, combine baking mix, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.
Serve warm. Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
