Cheddar Vegetable Medley
Cheddar Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained, 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained and 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento, and 1/2 of the French fried onions.
Pour into a 1 quart casserole.
Bake covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
