Cheddar Potatoes
Cheddar Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 4 medium potatoes and 2 c. velveeta cheese, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut potatoes into small chunks.
In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika and pepper.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish; line bottom of dish with potatoes.
Pour cheese over the potatoes, then pour the soup over the cheese.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
