Cheddar Potatoes
Cheddar Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen hash browns, slightly thawed, 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, 16 oz. carton sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. diced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Crush corn flakes and combine with 1/2 stick melted margarine; set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8 x 8-inch pans.
Spread in potato mixture. Sprinkle corn flake mixture over potatoes.
Shake on paprika for color, if desired.
Preheat oven to 350Β° and bake for 1 hour.
