Cheddar Nachos
Cheddar Nachos is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 (10 oz.) bag tortilla chips, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese or monterey jack (2 c.) and 3 tbsp. bottled jalapeño pepper slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
About 10 minutes before serving, preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
Place half of the tortilla chips in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle with half the shredded cheese and top with half the jalapeño pepper slices.
Broil until cheese melts and chips are lightly browned.
Remove nachos to platter.
Repeat remaining chips, cheese and pepper slices. Serves 4.
