Cheddar Meatballs
Cheddar Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg and salt; shape into 16 meatballs.
In skillet, brown meatballs (use shortening if necessary); pour off fat.
Stir in soup, water and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
Stir occasionally.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
