Cheddar Crisps
Cheddar Crisps is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/3 c. soft margarine, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 c. crushed potato chips and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine cheese, margarine and milk at medium speed in mixer until well blended.
Add combined potato chips and flour.
Mix well.
Shape teaspoons and flour.
Mix well.
Shape teaspoonfuls into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Flatten slightly.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes approximately 3 dozen.
