Cheddar Chowder
Cheddar Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. chopped potatoes, 1/2 c. carrots, chopped, 1/2 c. celery slices and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine water, vegetables, seasonings and ham.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Make a white sauce of margarine, milk and flour.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Stir into vegetables and ham mixture and heat until almost bubbly.
Makes 3 quarts.
