Cheddar Cheese Ring
Cheddar Cheese Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. medium cheddar, shredded, 1 c. mayo, 1 c. pecan pieces, 1 small chopped onion and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine all and mix well.
Lightly grease (Pam or other spray product) a 5 or 6-cup round mold and place mixture into mold. Refrigerate overnight.
Place jelly or preserves in center of the mold.
Serve with crackers.
