Cheddar Cheese Balls
Cheddar Cheese Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 (8 oz.) c. shredded american processed cheese, 3 oz. cream cheese, softened, 3 tbsp. buttermilk and 1 tbsp. worcester sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a food processor combine Cheddar, American and cream cheese, buttermilk, Worcester sauce, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder.
Process until smooth.
Remove the mixture and pat into a ball.
Cover in plastic wrap, refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Combine chili and paprika on a plate.
Mix well.
Roll cheese balls in mixture until well coated.
