Cheddar-Bacon Spread
Cheddar-Bacon Spread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 slices bacon, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 1/2 c.), 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 c. mayonnaise and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook bacon; drain on paper towels.
Crumble and set aside. In blender at medium speed, or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend cheese and next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in crumbled bacon.
Cover and refrigerate, if not serving right away.
To serve, bring spread to room temperature to soften slightly.
Serve with party rye bread.
