Cheaters Banana Cake
Cheaters Banana Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix (dry), 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. milk (add 1 tbsp. vinegar to clabber milk), 3 eggs and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thaw frozen bananas on plate.
Clabber milk with vinegar-set aside.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour cake pan.
Add baking soda to dry cake mix, add eggs, oil and clabbered milk to cake mix, blend.
Peel and mash bananas, add to cake, blend.
Add nuts if desired and blend.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Cool, add favorite topping or frosting.
