Charm Cake
Charm Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks), 2 c. sugar, 6 eggs, 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, roll out well or blended and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream well together the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Whip after each egg.
Add vanilla wafer crumbs and milk to mixture.
Fold in coconut and pecans.
Grease and flour a tube pan or Bundt pan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Must be cooled completely before removing from pan.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
