Charlie Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 duncan hines yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. french vanilla instant pudding, 4 eggs, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. wesson oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat all but the last two ingredients in a large bowl.
Fold in butterscotch chips and coconut.
Pour into Bundt pan that has been well-greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes (some ovens may vary).
Remove immediately from pan.
Cool on rack.
No frosting or glaze is necessary.
A very moist cake.
