Chantilly Potatoes
Chantilly Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 potatoes, mashed, 1/2 c. heavy cream, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Pile mashed potatoes in baking dish.
Beat 1/2 cup of heavy cream until stiff.
Fold in 1/2 cup of grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Spread over the potatoes and bake in oven (350Β°) until delicately brown, 15 minutes or so.
