Champagne Sherbet Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. pineapple juice, chilled, 1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate, 1 qt. pineapple sherbet and 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In punch bowl, combine pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Just before serving, scoop sherbet into punch bowl.
Add champagne. Stir gently.
