Champagne Breakfast
Champagne Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 3 oz. pkg. grated cheese, 2 lb. sausage, browned and drained, 1 c. drained mushrooms and 1 c. mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer half of the first 3 ingredients in a 3-quart baking dish; repeat.
Combine mushrooms, soup and 1/4 cup of milk; pour over mixture.
Also, blend together the eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and mustard and pour on top of all.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Bake at 300Β°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
