Chalupa Dip
Chalupa Dip is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) refried beans, 1 (9 oz.) bean dip, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise and 3 tbsp. picante sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together refried beans and bean dip.
Spread on 9 x 12-inch glass serving or baking dish.
Then mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and picante sauce and spread over beans.
Next, mix avocados, salt, pepper and lemon juice and spread over sour cream layer.
Then sprinkle grated cheese over avocados.
Layer tomatoes, lettuce and onions over grated cheese.
If desired, spread more cheese over lettuce and tomato layer.
Top with sliced olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
