Cha-Han(Fried Rice)
Cha-Han(Fried Rice) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice (not minute type), 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 onion, diced and 1 c. parboiled carrots, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onion in oil until golden.
Stir in rice.
Heat through and add remaining ingredients.
For a creamy effect, break an egg over the rice and mix it well into the rice.
The Japanese add any vegetable or cooked meat to Cha-Han, as they are available. Serves 4 to 5.
