Cereal Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, 2 c. 100% bran, 1 c. crisco, 1 qt. buttermilk and 5 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pour boiling water over 100% Bran.
Add Crisco and stir.
Add sugar, eggs, buttermilk, flour, soda and All Bran.
Mix well. Grease muffin pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes.
Keeps 6 to 7 weeks in refrigerator.
You may add dates or raisins.
