Combine oatmeal and Brickle chips.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine firmly packed brown sugar, granulated sugar and margarine in mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Continue beating until blended. Add dry ingredients.
Beat until combined.
Add oatmeal/candy mixture.
Stir until well mixed.
Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 10 minutes, in a 350Β° oven, or until slightly brown.
Cool one minute.
Transfer to cooling rack.
