Cereal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 lb. white chocolate, 3 c. rice krispies, 3 c. rice chex, 3 c. cap'n crunch and 3 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix cereal, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl.
Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave and pour over cereal mixture.
Mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
Push together to make more compact if necessary.
Allow to dry.
(If mixture hardens while working, put back in microwave.)
