Cereal Candy
Cereal Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. corn flakes, 3 1/2 c. crispy rice cereal, 2 c. salted peanuts, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. heavy cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large bowl, combine cereals and peanuts and set aside.
In a large pan, combine sugar, cream and syrup and bring to a boil and cook to soft ball stage (236Β°).
Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
Press mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cut into squares.
Yield: 48 pieces.
