Cereal is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. oats, 1 1/2 c. sunflower nuts, 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 c. wheat germ and 3/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Mix honey and water.
Stir oil, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt into honey mixture.
Mix both mixtures together.
Bake at 250Β° for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
