Celia's Lasagna
Celia'S Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped green pepper, 1 tsp. chili powder and 36 oz. tomato juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown the first 4 ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
In a saucepan, mix the tomato juice, paste, mushroom soup, celery salt and sugar.
Add in browned ingredients; simmer until thickened (approximately 3 hours).
Boil 10 to 12 lasagna noodles for 8 minutes; drain and rinse.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan, place sauce on bottom, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese and noodles until all used.
Bake at 325Β° for 30 minutes, covered with foil, then for 15 minutes, uncovered.
