In a covered blender container at low speed, blend all ingredients (except oil) until well mixed.
Then turn control to high speed.
Remove center of cover or cover; very slowly pour oil in a steady stream into the mixture.
Continue blending until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate dressing.
