Celery Seed Dressing
Celery Seed Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. grated onion and 1/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, salt and mustard; add onion and small amount of vinegar.
Use mixer.
Add oil gradually, then remainder of vinegar.
Add celery seed last.
Beat until thick.
Makes one pint.
Store in refrigerator.
