Celery Seed Dressing
Celery Seed Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. salt, 1 small onion, finely grated and 1/2 c. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Blend sugar, mustard and salt together in mixer bowl.
Add vinegar and mix at medium speed.
Slowly add oil.
Continue beating for 10 minutes.
Add celery seed, grated onion and food coloring.
Mix well.
Store in refrigerator.
Keeps well for several weeks.
Very good dressing for fruit or any salad.
