Celery Casserole
Celery Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. celery, cut in 1-inch slices, boiling water, salt, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix celery, water chestnuts, cream of chicken soup and pimentos in a quart casserole dish.
Toss bread crumbs with almonds and oleo.
Sprinkle on top of celery mixture.
Sprinkle remaining almonds on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes, until bubbly.
