Boil together margarine, cocoa, oil and water.
Pour hot mixture over dry flour and sugar.
Add eggs; beat and then add buttermilk, soda and cinnamon.
Beat and pour into greased 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
