Caviar Supreme
Caviar Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. onion juice, 1 tbsp. worcestershire and 2/3 c. hellmann's mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Blend in lemon juice, onion juice and Worcestershire on a tray.
Form mixture into a flat circle 1-inch high.
Press parsley into sides and spread caviar on top (in middle) around top edge.
Spread onions, then eggs.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Serve with Melba rounds.
