Caviar Pie
Caviar Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 16 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, c. chopped green onion, chopped hard-boiled eggs, . mayonnaise and c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare an 8-inch spring-form pan by covering bottom with aluminum foil and lining sides with plastic wrap.
Spread 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle with onions.
Combine eggs and mayonnaise and spread gently over onions.
Combine 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese with sour cream. Spread gently over egg mixture.
Cover with plastic and chill overnight.
To serve, release spring-form and place pie on the foil covered spring-form bottom onto serving dish.
Just before serving, spread black caviar over cream cheese/sour cream layer. Serve with crackers.
