Cavatini
Cavatini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped and 1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add garlic, onion and green pepper.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add pepperoni and mushrooms; set aside.
Cook noodles according to directions; drain.
Add spaghetti sauce to meat mixture.
Layer half the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella and Provolone cheeses in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Repeat layers.
Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
