Cauliflower Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 1 pkg. dry italian mix dressing, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 1 small pkg. grated cheese and hellmann's mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut up cauliflower; put in bottom of dish.
Add peas; sprinkle with Italian mix.
Cover with mayo.
Put cheese on top of that and cover.
Chill overnight.
