Cauliflower Quiche
Cauliflower Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/3 c. chopped onion, 1 c. shredded low-fat cheese and 1 c. skim milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook cauliflower.
Drain well and coarsely chop.
Place on paper towel and squeeze until barely moist.
Coat a 9-inch pie plate with Pam.
Layer cauliflower, green peppers, onion and cheese in pie plate.
Combine remaining ingredients in electric blender. Process 15 seconds or until well blended.
Pour into pie plate. Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
