Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 1 can chicken, celery or mushroom soup, 1 c. grated cheese, 1/3 c. mayonnaise and 1 to 2 tbsp. onion flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cut up and cook cauliflower for 5 minutes.
Drain water.
Add cheese, mayonnaise and soup, stirring well.
If not enough liquid, add another can of soup.
Add onion flakes and seasoning.
Place in a large casserole dish and cover with Pepperidge Farm dressing mix.
Place in oven at 325Β° for 30 minutes or until top is brown.
