Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 bags of frozen cauliflower, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. mayo, 1 c. shredded sharp cheese and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together the butter, stuffing mix and salt.
Cook vegetables slightly and drain.
Mix together soup, mayo, eggs and onion and add to vegetables.
Grease a deep casserole dish and add vegetables to it.
Mix most of the cheese into vegetable mixture and some of the stuffing mixture.
Put remaining cheese on top and remaining stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
