Cauliflower Casserole
Cauliflower Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large cauliflower, cut into flowerets, 1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup (undiluted), 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 2 tbsp. butter, melted and divided and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cauliflower 6 to 8 minutes; drain well.
Place in greased shallow 2-quart casserole.
Combine soup, sour cream, 1 tablespoon butter and pepper; stir well.
Pour over cauliflower.
Combine bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter; mix well.
Sprinkle over soup mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
