Cauliflower Au Gratin
Cauliflower Au Gratin is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen cauliflower, 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cheddar cheese soup and 1 tsp. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook frozen cauliflower according to package directions. Drain cauliflower and place in greased 1-quart casserole.
Pour soup (no water) over cauliflower.
